Warranty Terms
Yandiya® warrants that its infrared heating panels, mirrors, towel rails, controls and related accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation, for the coverage period specified below from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid when the product has been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in the relevant product data sheet and installation guide. Where a fault is confirmed to result from a manufacturing defect within the coverage period, Yandiya® will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a credit toward a replacement.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Make a Claim

Reach out to our support team via email or phone with your order details and a description of the issue.
Provide Proof of Purchase
Submit your original invoice or order confirmation along with the product serial number, where applicable.
Assessment
Our technical team will review the reported fault, and may request photos, videos or additional diagnostic information.
Resolution
Once approved, we will repair, replace, or issue a credit for the affected product in accordance with these terms.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow supplied instructions.
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved parts.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by accidents.
- Products used outside their intended environment or beyond rated specifications.
- Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or faulty electrical installation.
- Consequential or indirect losses arising from product failure.
