Production Facility
For the production of our range of Infrared heating panels, Yandiya uses a 36000 sqm area production and warehousing facility with modern equipment and testing facilities. Our strict QC system guarantees the lowest defect rate and our production lines are use the newest technology and the most advanced electronic testing equipment throughout production to test at all stages of our manufacturing.
Production Line
Currently there are 3 production lines for different infrared heating panels produced, Aluminium, Glass & Mirror, with 2 assembly and production lines lines for glass and mirror products, and 1 for aluminium. Every production line is equipped with QA/QC managers, who deal with real time inspection to make sure that every product in the line is produced or adjusted under quality control system. Under the standards of ISO 9001-2008, we guarantee that our production area is clear, dust-free, and well managed to ensure good product quality.

At Yandiya Limited, we use the newest production equipment that improves both quality and production speed. In addition, we employ a team of experienced engineers and management personnel to carry out effective inventory management and factory management. All these factors help us to provide higher service quality and decrease the production costs.

R&D Process
As well as our valued clients, Yandiya also have our engineers dedicated to the manufacturing process making sure that quality is maintained at all stages of the process. We are in constant dialogue with our client base, in relation to the manufacture of new and bespoke products for their markets and use our experience in R&D to bring innovation and the latest product ready for the market place. The quality of products from our factory are of the very highest, and all are tested vigorously certified before delivering to our customer base and distributors.
Before we add any new product to our portfolio for any of our client, we at Yandiya will always test products for period of time to make sure that our client not only receive what they expect, but beyond their expectations, in quality and performance.
With our R&D and Engineering divisions in our company, Engineering department aims to achieve the latest technology and improving on current standard whilst still looking at better ways to reduce the carbon footprint, and bring the innovation of our patented product to the forefront of the energy market, and improving lives with the use of Infrared heating technology.
Our R&D division concentrates on the isolation and supply of professional heating solution used within the domestic and commercial market place, looking for the best ways for the use within for the Architectural designs and Build, constantly working with House builder and Commercial builder to improve the installation, corporate facilities and high-end residential projects, so that our design create visually stunning and energy efficient form of modern heating using the latest technology.

Quality Control
